I’m having to cook for myself a lot these days, which can only mean these recipes are about to get a whole lot simpler. And that means: salads, and a lot of them.
For today’s steak salad, the ingredients are pretty straight forward. Steak and salad.
Rub a small amount of oil into both sides of a minute steak, adding salt and pepper to season. Put in a hot frying pan and fry for approximately 30 seconds on each side. This will cook the steak medium-rare, so cook for longer if you like your steak a little less pink.
Whilst the steak is resting, put salad in a bowl. See? I told you this was going to be simpler than simple.
